Before you book
A few things worth knowing before you choose your date.
| Full day | Around 8 hours. The first tasting is at 10:00am and cellar doors close at 5:00pm. Tour times vary, so check the tour you choose. |

| Tastings | Tasting fees average $10–$50 per venue, per person, unless the tour you choose says they are included. |

Shared or private
Shared tours
You join a small group for the day, and these are the tours the HVT26 promo code applies to. Shared tours are for guests aged 18 and over and carry a maximum of 14 passengers.
Private tours
The vehicle is yours, and a private tour is the only way to bring guests under 18, by prior arrangement. No children under 3. Hunter Valley Tours does not provide children’s car seats, so please bring your own child car seat and tell us ages when you book.
Getting you there
- Pick-up is complimentary within about 12km of central Pokolbin.
- Most Hunter Valley accommodation is covered, along with Maitland, Singleton, Newcastle and the Central Coast.
- Outside that area a pick-up fee may apply.
- We confirm your pick-up time the night before by text, email, WhatsApp or phone.
