Plain answers about what this website does with your details. The short version: your enquiry comes to us so we can call you back about a tour, and that is the whole story.

When you send an enquiry

The forms on this site ask for your name, contact details and message. That information is delivered to us and stored by the provider who runs the website for us, so we can reply and, if you book, arrange your tour. It is not sold, swapped or added to any mailing list.

Bookings made through the tour calendars on this site are handled by Rezdy, our booking system; the details you enter there are covered by Rezdy's own privacy policy.

When you tap a phone number

Tapping a call button hands 0456 737 888 to your phone's dialler, the same as typing it in yourself. One thing to know: when you tap, your browser sends a single ping to the call system our website provider runs, so a call can be picked up faster. The ping carries only the name of this website. As with any web request, the system receiving it sees your device's internet address for a moment; it is not stored, and nothing about you or your number travels with the ping.

What this site does not do

• No advertising or social media trackers.
• No mailing list. Sending an enquiry never subscribes you to anything.
• No selling or sharing of your details with other businesses.

The website keeps simple visit counts (how many people looked at each page) with no personal profile attached.
